We are centrally located just north of the Rogue River off the Grants Pass Parkway and M Street at 1100 SE Milbank Rd, Grants Pass, OR 97526. We are an easy drive from everywhere
How far away from Rogue River, OR are you?
We are an easy 15-minute drive from Rogue River using I-5 N. The drive is nothing compared to the service you will receive once you arrive.
Do you have a cart I can use?
We do! We are happy to provide you with a dolly to help you move your belongings into your unit.
Are your units heated?
Yes, we do offer interior, heated storage units. Your items will be protected from the falling temperatures around our area.
Are your units secure?
We want you to feel confident about leaving your items with us. We maintain the fenced and gated property. You receive a personal gate access code to use at our entrance and exit gates. We keep a watchful eye on activity in the facility. See the Rules and Regulations posted.
What are your office hours?
Temporarily Closed Office due to virus concerns. Please call to make payment with card or make appointment to pay cash. Mail checks. We will return your call. Call to Rent a Unit or go online to reserve.
When can I access my storage unit?
We offer a generous timeframe for you to access your unit. You can come by any day from 5:00 am – 8:00 pm. Please leave facility by 9:00 p.m.
Do you offer online bill pay?
We do! We are happy to set up an account to make your leasing experience easier!
Do you have drive-up access?
Yes! Our ground-level storage units have drive-up access.
Do you offer parking for a boat?
Yes! We offer indoor parking in our larger units for your boat as well as other vehicles you might need to store away from your driveway. Certain rules and conditional apply.
