Where are you located?
We are centrally located just north of the Rogue River off the Grants Pass Parkway and M Street at 1100 SE Milbank Rd, Grants Pass, OR 97526. We are an easy drive from everywhere.
Do you have a cart I can use?
We do! We are happy to provide you with a dolly during office hours to help you move your belongings into your unit. Or you can use a cart for our inside units.

Are your units heated?
Yes, we do offer some interior, heated storage units. Certain conditions apply. Call with any questions.

Can I reserve a unit?

Yes. You can reserve a unit Online in "View Rates" section if there is a"Reserve" button to the right. Use your credit card to reserve unit for 7 days for a fee. Then come to office to sign rental agreement during office hours. Driver's license is required and other information must be provided. Call with questions.

What about safety features and your facility rules?
We maintain the fenced, well lighted and gated property. You receive a personal gate access code to use at our entrance and exit gates. See the Rules and Regulations posted.

Do you sell other storage products?
Yes! We offer Disc Locks and Tenant Insurance for your convenience. We expect occupant to have insurance on belongings. Call with questions.
What are your office hours?
Open: Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 10am - 5pm. We serve by Phone call Monday-Friday 10-5 . Window Service is available during regular office hours. We encourage contactless payments by phone and online. Closed: Saturday and Sunday.

We welcome Business by Phone, Online and Appointments, and will return your call as soon as possible.

When can I access my storage unit?
We offer a generous timeframe for you to access your unit. You can come by any day from 5:00 am – 8:00 pm. Please leave facility by 9:00 p.m. Access requires a signed rental agreement and currently paid balance.
Do you offer online bill pay and phone payment?
We do! Please call and choose payment by phone. Online payment is available at our website: You may manage your own payment online. We are happy to set up an autopay account to make your leasing experience easier! Just call.

Do you have drive-up access?
Yes! Our ground-level storage units have drive-up access. Heated units are accessed by a ground level, wide hallway with access doors to the hallway.

Do you offer storage for a vehicle?
Yes! You can store a vehicle in larger units. A Vehicle storage addendum is required, also proof of ownership, and certain rules and conditions apply. Please call for details. There is no outdoor parking for boats or vehicles.

Do you offer Tenant Insurance?
Yes! We offer Tenant Insurance for your belongings. We expect occupant to have insurance on belongings. Call with questions.
